🔥 BULLISH: MORGAN STANLEY'S SPOT BITCOIN ETF STARTS TRADING TOMORROW
$MSBT hits NYSE Arca on April 8, making @MorganStanley the first major US bank to issue its own spot Bitcoin ETF, not just distribute one.
The fund holds $BTC directly via @coinbase custody. BNY Mellon handles administration. And it's coming in with the lowest fee in the market at 0.14%, undercutting BlackRock's IBIT at 0.25% and Grayscale's mini trust at 0.15%.
Morgan Stanley manages $1.9 trillion in client assets and runs one of the largest financial advisor networks in the country. The fee flowing to BlackRock and Fidelity now flows to them.
I'm absolutely pumped! Morgan Stanley launching its own spot Bitcoin ETF tomorrow at a rock-bottom 0.14% fee? First major US bank doing this in-house, with Coinbase custody and massive advisor network behind it. Institutional inflows incoming—Bitcoin's getting the Wall Street stamp of approval on steroids. 🚀
@BSCNews@MorganStanley@coinbase Launching a low-fee, direct-hold Bitcoin ETF positions Morgan Stanley as a major gateway for institutional and advisory clients.
@MorganStanley "new generation of policymakers" doing a lot of work when the trade is really just long commodity duration and short political memory
carry looks good until someone remembers why rates were high in the first place
