Lieutenant-General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi is National Commissioner material. His years of experience in policing, his operational leadership, and his deep understanding of crime intelligence and investigations set him apart.
He is not a desk-bound officer — he has consistently demonstrated a hands-on approach to policing, taking decisive action in high-pressure situations.
At a time when public trust in law enforcement is under strain, leaders who combine discipline, integrity, and real-world experience are exactly what the country needs.
Mkhwanazi’s track record in tackling serious and organised crime, as well as his willingness to confront difficult issues within the system, speaks volumes about his leadership capacity.
He understands the complexities of policing in South Africa and has shown that he is not afraid to act.
South Africa needs strong, credible, and experienced leadership at the highest level of the police service.
On merit, Lieutenant-General Mkhwanazi fits that profile.
RT if you agree…

She hasn't been accused of anything and played no role in Venezuela that could make her a criminal.

Dr John Mavuma Nembula left the Zululand for the United States to assist in the typesetting & publication of the Bible into Zulu in 1881. He decided to remain in the US. He did Pre-Med at the University of Michigan (1884-1885) and enrolled for 2nd year medicine in 1885 at the Chicago Medical College (predecessor of Feinberg School of Medicine). He earned his medical degree in 1887 becoming the 2nd Black South African to qualify as a medical doctor. He returned to South Africa in 1888 and although he faced challenges securing employment, he was appointed District Surgeon of Umsinga. In 1896 he was offered District Surgeon position in Mapumulo. He died the following year of tuberculosis at the age of 36. Image Source: Northwestern University
The last time I checked, the ownership of the Vaal International Airport project remains firmly private-led through a public-private partnership model, spearheaded by key entities such as Vaal AeroZone (Pty) Ltd, which meticulously coordinates with the Vaal Special Economic Zone (SEZ) to ensure seamless integration of aviation, logistics, and economic development initiatives, while MTP Aviation Solutions takes charge of the intricate airport planning and facilities management to accommodate ambitious capacities for passengers and freight alike, and notably, there is no direct equity stake held by the Gauteng provincial government in this venture, although the Gauteng Growth and Development Agency (GGDA) does provide essential provincial oversight to align it with broader regional goals, so it begs the question: how on earth can @LebogangMaile1, as the MEC for Finance and Economic Development, justify handing out public funds for environmental services on a project structured precisely to minimize governmental financial involvement? @goolamv, bring more proof of this than hearsays . . The Gauteng Investment Conference Project Book (April 2025) lists the Aerotropolis under "Private Sector" delivery, sponsored by Citibank, with R1.4 billion already sunk into feasibility, master planning, and land grabs—costs that bundle preliminary scoping and environmental due diligence without earmarking public dollars. In essence, Maile's justification boils down to this: government's role is enabler, not banker—greenlighting zoning, fast-tracking SEZ status (approved March 2025 by Sedibeng), and courting funders like Citi (as in his October 2024 huddle) to foot the bill for everything from EIAs to earthworks, ensuring the project doesn't leach off taxpayers while chasing 18,000 jobs and southern Gauteng revival. If it's "handing out" anything, it's bureaucratic bandwidth, not bucks.
