Hello Supercell Support,

I am writing to respectfully appeal the permanent ban on my Clash Royale account.

I was very surprised to see that my account was banned for allegedly using unauthorized third-party software. I want to sincerely state that I have never knowingly used cheats, hacks, bots, scripts, or any software that violates the game’s Terms of Service.

I have always enjoyed playing Clash Royale fairly, and I value the time and effort I have invested in my account. Because of this, I kindly ask you to review my case once again.

If there is any misunderstanding or false detection, I am fully willing to cooperate and provide any information necessary to prove that I did not use any unauthorized software.

Please reconsider my case and review all available evidence. I would be extremely grateful for another investigation and the opportunity to recover my account if a mistake has been made.
