Sometimes coding feels like making a crafting table at the start of a new world, other times it feels like translating the enchanting table text to try and get the perfect pickaxe only to find out hours later you had an enchanted book with everything you need in a random chest

They are very incomplete btw, I still need to figure out how to get them to spawn in the correct places before I can make them deal damage or even be able to move on their own. But we gettin somewhere, and that's pretty neat

So been a bit since I posted here. Uh, gave up on the last thing because while I liked the concept I just couldn't find a way to make it actually fun (pretty important for a game). Now I'm just experimenting with Godot for fun. We'll see what comes out of it

It be difficult to figure out story, so today I decided to draw a background to be used later instead for today. I then realized that not knowing how to draw a wood texture for a log cabin and the wood being a blue it's not super obvious that it's a log cabin.
