@sethhwalker@LindaLominger It’s bad…there is nothing timely about checking an appointment in 2 hours early to let them sit for 45 minutes…We are a low volume store, but it still doesn’t work… And then leadership says “no one wants to join the genius team because of the poor morale” like it’s our fault

But, we dont even have point/check-in anymore. we are also required to multitask appointments, greet customers that walk up to the bar, and sell devices in-appointment. Basically, the attitude is “it is The Geniuses responsibility do it. Go read your job description.”
