BPMN sold as 'easy-to-read is, quite frankly, the biggest scam in business analyst community 🙄

I prefer to completely focus on the problem 🔍

- I don't need to juggle different shapes
- I don't need to remember dozens of different symbols.

What's the point of a presentation if no one gets it? I’ve seen people stare at BPMN diagrams before as if they were staring at a blank wall. Communication should be clear, not cryptic. #NoToConfusion

That's why I prefer Universal Process Notation.

When I learned UPN (Universal Process Notation), business analysis became that much easier to do, I became so much better at it, and it also allowed me to create diagrams that communicate without me having to be there to explain them.🏆🤩
