The good news for Catholics is there are low-hanging fruit for solving this

+ it helps having billions of dollars, billions of existing users, and God as your product

There's a product with 1.3 billion users that has a 2/10 onboarding experience

It's the Catholic Church

The whole religion will dissapear if they don't fix it

But too many people (in the west) come out the other side angry with the experience

They're now churned for life and the Church got no value from them

That onboarding flow is broken too
