With association delay however, the latest projects are being moved to UKRI guarantee fund - same research, same amount of funds but UKRI T&C's.

Association still needs to be fully agreed BUT the UK-EU cooperation agreement has already negotiated the most sensitive parts!

The government orientations for 2020 says the UK will "continue to collaborate internationally and with the EU on scientific research, including with the EU through Horizon”.
I take it as good news for an association to #horizoneu or a buy-in fund.

If there is an orderly #Brexit with Withdrawal Agreement, UK would still be bound to EU laws during transition and thus want to influence EU decision-making until the last moment.
