This looks more like part of the U.S. Congress $1.6 billion budget to deliver anti-China propaganda.

Never reach for the lowest hanging fruit of emotional reactions, focus on the facts and pay attention to who is manipulating the truth for what end.

First this is old news and was debunked and addressed immediately a month ago.

Those that know, know. More than happy to share context, but this video doesn’t help. It IS the psy op!

I have a lot to say. There is so much context. Once people have the full context I think they’ll be better prepared to react. I might have to make a video on it.

Here are my key points.

1. The dolls come from Japan, NOT China, and have been around since the 1950s, they are not exclusively produced for any specific race.

2. The social phenomenon of abuse towards, dolls, animals, stress release has been a long ongoing issue in China over the past decades, with numerous controversies. There currently is a much more massive social media controversy over the abuse of animals coming from Chinese accounts that appear to be outside of China.

3. The singling out of specifically black dolls was something that was manipulated and manufactured by extreme anti China accounts, particularly in Japan. Videos were edited with the intent of sparking outrage, even from clips where there was no targeting of specially black dolls.

4. Several authoritative bodies in China have already publicly addressed the issue in detail, in the media, and on Children’s Day June 1st, including schools banning the dolls.

5. The US State Department under the DoD has funding and explicit strategy of exploiting these incidents for asymmetric warfare and soft power erosion.

6. Many accounts amplifying these stories are connected to this and their manipulation of the facts is intentional not coincidental.

7. I have seen this before, many times, and have documented in detail how the manipulation works in the western media.

You will find the videos that went viral in western platforms like Tik Tok came from video compilations made in Japan that explicitly cherry picked black dolls and the exclusion of others to hyper sensationalize the issue.

I think the question is “what should you do as a teacher, if students are bringing this to school” “School-level bans (widespread, starting mid-May 2026): Multiple schools across China (various provinces and cities) issued explicit notices prohibiting students from bringing “Natasha” dolls (or similar violent-play stress toys) onto campus.

This was driven by parental complaints and educator concerns that the abusive “play” (stomping, stabbing, dismembering) desensitizes children to violence, weakens empathy toward infants, and leads to imitation or bullying.

Schools described it as distorting children’s understanding of life and emotional regulation. Local market regulators have also conducted targeted inspections of school-adjacent toy markets, listing “Natasha”-style items for priority
checks.”

Also the Chinese Consumer Protection Agency did address anyone manufacturing or marketing the dolls in irresponsible vulgar manner—this includes racial targeting.

For clarity I’m not advising anyone on how they should feel or react. This is very much an area of concern. I just wanted to provide much needed context that should also be scrutinized critically 🙏🏽
