@arshgoyal13 And no. We do not pretend like both players are on even playing fields. One has a precise and lethal army and the other is terrorists on technicals.
I’m happy with it that way. Because we just saw a glimpse of what parity could look like and I don’t like it.
@arshgoyal13 “to say that their actions are unprompted is insane” That is directly both sides-ing it.
I see a direct comparison to Bucha. And what Ukraine did in response was to bomb the Russians to kingdom come. So yes, I see comparisons my friend.
@arshgoyal13 But what will happen in the next days and weeks is the inevitable repercussions of the horrific attacks upon Israel. I feel for the people of Gaza who have been and will continue to be used as human shields. But the anti-terrorist operation must happen.
@arshgoyal13 Arsh, I would caution you to watch the videos coming out of Sderot before “both-sidesing” this. The consequences of this incursion will be severe for the people of Gaza but this is entirely the result of Hamas’ actions. And yes, urban warfare is terrible.
@keithwwalker1@duty2warn Emergency Response Guidebook -> UN3171 Battery powered vehicle (w/ lithium ion batteries) -> Guide 147 -> Large Fire -> water spray, fog, or regular foam. So why was using water wrong again?
@SecretaryPete Good afternoon Mr. Secretary and welcome back to DC. What form of transportation will be most changed (hopefully for the better) in the next decade or so?
Smart transportation investments can reinvigorate entire communities.
Our RAISE grant for the Lake Street corridor is one of hundreds of good projects we’re funding to help do just that.
