Confirmed! #Xcode14.1 Release is identical to the Release Candidate 2 version. If you have RC2, you do not need to re-download the latest version.

Today is the day of mistakes.
The website and API now correctly show #Xcode14.1 RC 2 as “14B47b”, and not “14B47”. Kudos to @metc_sky for spotting this.
