If it could be produced cheaper then competition should be coming in to undercut the too high prices. Capitalists should despise profits. It is a sign of market failure.

Chapel lied about the knife, saying that it clearly belonged to Rah because it had the DNA of the other Klingons on it. It is absolutely meant to be ambiguous.
