@taylorotwell I think the furor comes from the comms that this is intended to replace and eventually phase out UI and the simplicity of customizing UI and extending it VS the new solution is alienating a lot of people

As consumers we assume what we purchase is functional and playable. We don’t expect you to manage this but when there is an issue on going with not resolution I believe you as the platform holder should step in? Bugs are the norm but no fix is unacceptable

@Xbox @XboxP3 I know you guys are always delivering amazing work but what happens when you store offers sales on games that are broken and the developer shows no inclination to fix? Scrabble is broken and @Ubisoft shows no inclination to fix as is evident by the review compliants

on your store. At what point do you block them from intentionally selling broken games when it’s obvious they have no intent to fix it. Battleship is also broken, scrabble is literally unplayable. When do you guys step in to protect your consumers since it is your platform?

@vumatel It’s a pity other backbone providers can mitigate this with no downtime and you guys play the excuse for all it’s worth, have you even really attempted to put in solutions or are you happy that your customers must absorb the issue where others don’t have this... it’s sad really
