Whether you're a first-timer or this is your 20th virtual event this year, don't do it on your own. Make it easier and let us provide you with some simple summit support! #summitsupport
Too much to take in on one go? No problem! All access passes mean you can get all the content you missed the first time around -- and redo the sessions you loved!
#summitsupport
As an attendee, I love virtual events. I can access great businesses for a fraction of the time and cost it would take to hear them individually.
#summitsupport
In order to offer your attendees an "all-access pass" for after your summit is over, you'll need to host the videos someplace, preferably with a paywall. Thankfully there are lots of options!
#summitsupport
Before your summit goes live, you NEED to get a waiver of consent from each of your speakers and sponsors. That gives you permission to use their name, image, business name and logo, and any of their trademarked product names or phrases in your content.
#summitsupport
However, if you interviewed each of your speakers to create unique content, then *you* own it, and you can do whatever you like with it.

If you got video presentations submitted to your summit from your speakers, they still own their individual videos. You only own the *combination* of those videos in this specific package, and you can only re-sell them *in combination*.
Online summit, Virtual Conference, Digital conference, virtual summit, online retreat, virtual event... It doesn't matter what you call it... it all adds up to AWESOME.

One of the reasons our clients hire us to produce online summits for them is because we have templates to start from for almost everything. Emails to speakers, sponsors, attendees, sales pages, promotional, you name it, we have it. #summitsupport
When I produce summits for my clients, I handle almost all the communication between my client and the speakers. I always remind my clients to stay in contact with the speakers personally, because it's *their* summit, not mine. #summitsupport
Should you have a Facebook group for your summit?
If your summit doesn't have some kind of community-gathering point, you're missing out on a lot of opportunity!
It doesn't have to be on FB, but it should be somewhere.

The more involved your speakers are, the more they'll be excited about your event, & the more they'll share with their audiences. Passion shared grows!
