I placed a prepaid SSD order for ₹24,000. The delivery agent rejected it without even contacting me.

Support assured me it wouldn’t happen again and told me to reorder, promising the price difference via gift card. (i have Email confirmation)

After reordering at ₹32,195 I received only ₹4,000(the agent told me he can release only 4,000 at once)
The remaining amount has been pending for about 10 days.

I can’t reach a human agent anymore. This delay is unacceptable. Escalate this now and issue the full remaining difference immediately.
