Use the Caesar Cipher.

The Caesar cipher is a simple substitution cipher that shifts each letter of the plaintext message by a fixed number of positions in the alphabet. It can go backwards or forwards. Let’s say it’s five. So five steps forward from A would be F. Five back would be V.

For example for 3 forward:
A → D
B → E
C → F
... and so on. When you hit Z, you wrap around:
X → A
Y → B
Z → C

Hint for the Shift for This Message:
FOK! (Count the letters…then decide to go forwards or backwards...)
