@WhiteHouse Idk it seems like every day we get closer to "owning nothing and being happy" and the surveillance state is already in full swing. Looks to me that America is becoming more Communist every day
@CurrentRevolt Well I've spoken to at least 2 influencers who have been approached with offers of money in exchange for posting positively about Flock cameras on X.

Well considering crime has been the same or increased since 2017 when Flock was founded, this appeal to fear is pretty laughable
A house's price is determined by what someone is willing to pay for it, not by you, Zillow, or the seller. Mispriced homes will sit, and will slowly succumb to price reductions if the seller is motivated. Once it sells, that price is used as a comparable for current+future listings. Over time the price will balance between how many people are willing to pay and how long sellers are willing to let their listings sit.
The housing market will never "crash" unless a large majority of sellers are FORCED to sell for one reason or another.
