It took me awhile to understand the concept of PROFESSIONAL AUDACITY!!

👉 If there’s anything you should do differently this year if you are not doing so yet, is being AUDACIOUS at your workplace.

👉 What clearly differentiates you from your next colleague is VISIBILITY and this only comes from professional audacity.

👉STOP Being TIMID. Don’t be afraid, if you don’t do it now, you might not have the chance again.

👉 The bitter truth is, growth rarely comes from staying silent or waiting to be noticed. You have to push yourself to be more seen.

👉 Start contributing during meetings, articulate your value clearly and display exceptional leadership skills.

👉 I do not mean you have to be the loudest in the room or struggles for validation and acceptance.
