@JoeyMannarinoUS Explain why you think it’s a bad idea. Most Americans have a 30 year mortgage then take out a home equity line and refinance so that they’re paying principal payments instead of interest only towards that home equity line so a 30 year mortgage essentially turns into a 40 year.
