@bunnirainbow try asking to talk to the doctors nurse. like for me, I always just called and was like "hey, dr so-and-so told me to get scheduled on XYZ, the staff told me there was no apps available, can you put me on the call list?" the call list is when someone with that appointment cancels

@solishortus I went for an ultrasound once but they had to use an ultrasound wand up my hooha. the lady doing it called in a superior to look at the images and said "its backwards", wand still up there. they looked at it for 5 minutes before realizing she was holding the wand upside down 😐😐
