This week we hosted our first ever Xmo Bake Off! It sounded like a good idea at the time, but once it dawned on us that we'd each have to sample 8 different cakes, we decided to extend the voting poll into a second day π«¨
At the South East Construction Expo last month, Kate Parmentier and Emily Wilson heard from a panel of inspiring female founders and leaders on how they built their careers, what inclusivity brings to the construction industry and how it serves the next generation.
This MID installation had to be done after the main forecourt rebrand, on a Saturday night, with traffic management, given it was on a busy dual carriageway in a remote area. It was a long time in the planning stages, but it's worth the wait!
The final phase of the hotel rebrand with a revisit to install this sign at height; electrical supply run through a time clock to control the illumination.
Before and after we refurbished a large brand totem which was tricky to access. Above a multi-storey car park, on a roundabout; but if a job's worth doing, it's worth doing properly!

Our Thursday Thanks go to Swansway Motor Group, Oldham for their patience and support during the rebranding works, and when we recently surprised them with another visit to get some photos of the signs illuminated!
Thanks to All Health Matters, our OH provider, we had the pleasure of hosting Ellie Hutchison of Penstock Training at our annual HSEQ conference in January, training us on the subject of psychological safety.
At our annual HSEQ conference in January, we demonstrated how important it is to ensure you follow the correct procedure to clear the holes once drilled, before fixing anything with chemical anchors. Unless compressed air and a wire brush are used, the anchor cannot bond.
This was a 4 hour callout; emergency response to make safe after a lorry hit the canopy. We made it safe, replaced non-structural fascia, under-sheet, signage and illuminated bar. Now looks like it never happened!
There wasnβt a lot of room on this site for the mobile crane and the access machine. With a lot of patrons on site using the shop and bakery, we had a small window, between 9:30 and 11am, to close the site, to get this main ID sign swapped over safely. Preparation was key.
Congratulations to our award winners at our annual Xmo Strata Ltd HSEQ conference last week; a celebration of trust, quality, teamwork and collaboration
These canopy sheets had years of exhaust deposits and dust-catching spider webs, but look so much fresher after a good valet! But we are glad we got it complete and the water dried up before the artic winds blew in
If you're heading back from the Cornwall after the festive break, you will likely pass our recent MVI rebrand at Shell Playing Place. A warm glow in the winter dusk
