An employee asked if he can WORK from HOME permanently.
"As long the work gets done I don't care whether you work from the South pole or the office. I hired you for a job and I trust you to get it done." HR Manager replied.
That employee saved 3 hours on commute. Happy employee = greater productivity.
If you focus on presence, you get presence. If you focus on results, you get results.
If you can't trust your employees, why hire them at all?
Trust is key in 2026

RAMpocalpyse Now!
RAM prices are going to get worse. Like next year and probably a year after, you aren't going to find any.
If you need a phone upgrade, do it now. Need a new tv? Time to buy. RAM is in every consumer electronic. Everything is about to get pricier.
PC companies are already ripping RAM out of entry level PCs and scrapping the rest of them because it makes more sense to reallocate the RAM elsewhere.
If you have 6 million GB of RAM or whatever in your PC, don't tell anyone. Sticks of RAM are easy to steal, highly sought after, cannot be traced, and are easy to find in any PC.
Once the streets find out, it's gonna get nasty.
