HOW FIREFIGHTERS HOPE TO SAVE SOUTH LAKE TAHOE FROM THE #CALDORFIRE:

In the hilly forests south of town is a freeway-wide new fuel break cut by a small army of fire dozers.

It runs all the way to NEVADA, East of Heavenly, from the Pioneer Tr. area.
