@kek_shrooms@shbzz And what's your argument to back it up? I assume you have none and don't want to know but in a few months / years time you'll end up knowing when each and every company in the world has adopted them or wants to adopt them in their business. Good luck friend
@NikkiScoots@BcMurtagh@BurgerTimeLegit@nikgeneburn Of the game instead of having spent 100s of $$, in a game that u won't play again. You mention cross progression, I've never been able to move my XP or skins from a game like say R6 to Assasins creed or Ghost Recon or Far Cry.
@NikkiScoots@BcMurtagh@BurgerTimeLegit@nikgeneburn Bro, how do you think game studios make money? From games themselves or in game micro transactions where players buy costumes, weapon skins / fortnite dances etc. It's not about making money, it's more about being able to sell whatever skins you bought and move that money out
@NikkiScoots@BcMurtagh@BurgerTimeLegit@nikgeneburn With NFT the whole point is to be able to buy or sell them and get your money out of the game or interoperability where you can move your favourite skins across from one platform to another seemlessly. We're not there yet, but that's the idea and it's pro gamers
@ElectricR6_ @SpaceBunnnn @DogeByTheWay@shbzz People would continue to mine for coins regardless and whether NFTs are created or not, there would be 0 impact due to them to the environment
@ElectricR6_ @SpaceBunnnn @DogeByTheWay@shbzz Mining is done to produce coins. If everyone was to stop creating NFTs there would be 0 impact on mining. This is BS propaganda spread by environmentalists who don't understand how a transaction works.
@ElectricR6_ @SpaceBunnnn @DogeByTheWay@shbzz It's like saying I'm not gonna buy Gold jewelry because Gold mining is environmentally bas. Whether jewelry is made or not, or you buy jewelry or not, Gold mining will still happen, has zero impact on the jewelry industry
@BikiniBodhi Can you explain your hatred for NFTs sir? Maybe you don't understand them well, but if you did you'd know that, if implemented correctly they would be so much more helpful to us gamers than the current infrastructure. Happy to explain more if you want
@coochmaster420 @shbzz @GomgBruh I literally explained in that thread about how NFTs is more than just JPEGS. & what's being successful or not got to do with trynna explain what NFTs are to someone. You can either stay ignorant & watch the world adopt NFTs while u keep calling it a scam or you can learn
@shbzz @GomgBruh Tickets/collectibles/Real Estate etc, I could go on and on.
Most of all it's really helpful to gamers who spend countless hours on games and the studio makes all the money & the gamers get nothing back. NFTs change that
@shbzz @GomgBruh TLDR: If you have ever paid for a Twitch Sub / OnlyFans or an in game Cosmetic, NFTs should be right up your alley as they give the owner the control of that product and allows them to sell that NFT onwards, make their money back. NFT isn't just for images, it's for gaming/music
