Real friendship isn’t just about having fun together. It’s about showing up when life gets hard, praying for each other, telling the truth in love, and reminding each other that God is still good.
The right people don’t just celebrate with you in the good seasons. They stand beside you in the difficult ones, too.
Take a moment to thank God for the friends who have loved you through every season.
That storm feels like it’s taking you to a barren place, a dry place, a lonely place. But God controls the winds. You can’t see it right now, but the storm is taking you to an abundant place, a place of healing, a place of miracles, a place of increase, a place of favor.
The grace is there to handle it. God doesn’t let you face anything that’s too much. You have what it takes to not be offended, to not live defensively, to not let what they say get down in your spirit, to ignore the unfair criticism, to not be baited into conflict. God wouldn’t have given you the blessing if He hadn’t given you the grace to handle it.
Worrying about the situation is not going to make it better. Worrying is working. Living offended is working. Being discouraged, thinking about how impossible it looks—that’s working. Take the pressure off. You’re trying to do everything in your own strength. God wants you to depend on Him.
Your peace and joy don’t come from your circumstances, but they come from the fact that God is with you in the difficulty. Give thanks that He is the source of your strength, and He will bring you through this to victory.
If you have a situation that is too big for you to solve, then you are material for a miracle. Invite God to get involved, trust in and follow His directions, make one good choice after another, and you will see amazing results. #Joyce Quote
When God extends grace, you accomplish far more than anyone—yourself included—could have expected. Grace is the power to overcome challenges and outlast opposition. It’s the power to bounce back from setbacks and move forward.
If you stay focused on what you see, you can get talked out of your dreams. You have to stay focused on what God said. Go back to that promise that He whispered in your spirit. When you focus on what He promised, you’ll go places you couldn’t go on your own. You’ll overcome obstacles that are much bigger.
The enemy is trying to plant lies, doubts, and fears, hoping that you’ll give them a place in your mind. Clear out those negative thoughts. Get those intruders out of your mind. Put some new tenants in: faith, hope, and victory.
Recently had the chance to visit the National Police Dog Foundation and learn more about the K-9s working alongside law enforcement every day. 🐾
These dogs do incredible work and it was great seeing the effort that goes into making sure they have the training and care they deserve.
Four-legged heroes, for sure. 🐕🇺🇸

You don’t have to go through life hiding, pretending, feeling bad about yourself. God knows what you’re dealing with. He sees the tears behind the smile, the strength beneath the weight, the courage despite the fear. That’s not how your story ends. Healing is coming.
So many times, when negative things happen, we just tuck them away into our heart. Then, when we want to remember what is good, the negative memories are there that make us feel lonely or depressed. I want to encourage you to remember the good. Philippians says to "fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise."
You weren't created to live restricted, bound, broken. That may be the way it’s been, but that’s not the way it’s going to stay. God has already ordained these times of release, times when He will free you from what’s holding you back.
