My complaint is about the design of the seats as well.
The design of your seats are really risky since it is very easy the lose an item (passport, mobile, ...) and it is not possible to retrieve it. I guess that my mobile is flying around the world!

Very sad and frustrated during my last trip to San Diego with @British_Airways
My mobile dropped under the seat in front of mine and I was not able to get it back. Look at the poor design of the cubicles (see the picture below)
Still waiting for an answer!!
