@garyvee a 30-year real use-case for NFTs is that the system is so efficient that we could theoretically divide the entire country into 1sqr/ft lots, and be able to seamlessly manage all of it with less effort than current systems. Real Estate transactions is where it's at.
Real-world use of NFTs all come down to governance. As soon as one governing body legally enforces an NFT transaction, or creates legal wording around accepting NFT Blockchain transactions it's going to really take off.
