@0_Shinigami_0@salmmikk44@disorderlyjaded no its not about “acting” normal its about changing routine from bedrotting for something healthier like fresh air :/ im just now starting to get over my agoraphobia and the only thing really helping is exposure therapy (ie. going outside and doing things i wouldnt normally do)

as much as you hate hearing it sometimes you really do need to just start doing things and honestly its kind of a wake up call
