@AmericanAir cont’d SJU #1852 (Pamela) and that appropriate steps be taken to address this behavior. The entire experience was not only frustrating but also deeply embarrassing, and it reflected a disappointing level of unprofessionalism.

@AmericanAir San Juan Flight at 7:35 AM (Pamela) EP DISAPPOINTED‼️ BOARDED w/original boarding pass (seats 10D/E), another passenger claimed I was in his seat. Instead of calmly resolving the confusion, Pamela boarded the aircraft and publicly reprimanded me in front of others.

Really @AmericanAir an entire 1hr delay Flight 1383… while we wait for add’l baggage(?)⏸️ now, a flight 🥴 don’t recall a flight ever being held for ME. I’ll miss Xfr & the few hrs b4 wedding,no big Deal, right (?) all this after running thru MIA bc delay fromCLT . TYPICAL🤬
