As we close #CAADPPP2025, one powerful scene stole the spotlight — the Youth Chef Challenge and the launch of the CAADP #Youth4Nutrition Rwanda Chapter.

It wasn’t just about cooking. It was about identity, innovation, and action — young chefs turning Africa’s rich ingredients into symbols of pride and purpose.

Chef Claude 🇷🇼, representing the Chefs Manifesto, reminded everyone that food is more than a meal — it’s a story of farmers, traditions, and collaboration. His call was simple but profound: work with local farmers, celebrate African produce, and make healthy African meals the norm, not the exception.

Here in Kigali, we were reminded that Africa’s food future is in capable hands — young, creative, and committed.
