@MissHillJS @MrTs_NQTs (cont.) Doing as much reading as you can before you start. However, know that experienced teachers and ECTs all struggle with things like behaviour management, so you are not alone in this! What I will do is tell my expectations and explain the consequences of poor behaviour.

@MissHillJS @MrTs_NQTs I think it is all about 'acting' confident. It is all about mindset, believing you CAN do it. IGNORING the negative vibes from other teachers- it can be quite cutthroat in some schools. Asking for support when you need it. Knowing the policy of the school.
