Hello Binance Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

Many Binance users from Bangladesh, including myself, are currently facing the same issue while trying to participate in Binance campaigns and reward events. Whenever we try to join, we receive the following message:

“Disqualified Account Detected — Unfortunately, because you have violated Binance’s Terms of Use, you cannot participate in campaigns or receive rewards.”

Most of us believe we have not intentionally violated any Binance policies or Terms of Use. Because this issue is affecting a large number of users from Bangladesh, we kindly request Binance to investigate the matter carefully and clarify the exact reason behind these restrictions.

Please review the affected accounts and help resolve this issue so eligible users from Bangladesh can participate in Binance campaigns and receive rewards normally.

We would highly appreciate your support and clarification regarding this matter.
