@jidesanwoolu There is no clear road sign or road diversion that will direct traffick properly since the toyota Bridge linking toyota and airport road has been blocked. Yet LASTMA are arresting motorist that got stucked while trying to find the way by the bridge.

@jidesanwoolu Presently at the LASTMA Office in Oshodi Express at the MVAA yard. So many cars were moved there from Toyota belonging to innocent citizen and exorbitant money ranging from 100,000 is being collected illegally. This is an image denting act. Pls look into it.

As a matter of National Concern,
Processes in VFS Lagos urgently need to be revamped to prevent a situation that would not be palatable for a peaceful coexistence of Vfs Global and Nigerians.

@vfsglobalcare It is worthy to note that people sending passport to VFS outside Nigeria to UK, US, Egypt etc are not spending as much as this amount for the to and fro courier of their passports. Their passports are returned as a family package as it was sent not singly that VFS Lagos is doing.

@vfsglobalcare 3. Respect and honour the request of those that had sent passport without a return envelope but have proactively sent a return envelope through UPS even before the passport is returned from IRCC.

@vfsglobalcare 2. Inform Applicant who are sending passoprt to IRCC through them to include a return envelope with their passport through United Parcel Service being their preferred courier company.

The fact that I am not allowed to come physically to receive the passports does not mean I should be charged so much.
Kindly prevail on LAGOS VFS to;
1. Be transparent about their modalities.

@vfsglobalcare The answer is an obvious reason which is the fact that vfs Lagos wanted to make me pay 11, 300 (times 6) naira for a service of 1, 700 naira. This is far too outrageous and ridiculous.  A family of 6 will be paying 67,800 to receive passport within same state LAGOS?

@vfsglobalcare It will interest you to know that the courier service been used by Vfs Lagos is UPS.Yet, I sent a return envelope with instruction and my details using same UPS. I asked the caller if there is a different UPS in Nigeria apart from The United Parcel Service?

@vfsglobalcare Unfortunately I received a call from Vfs office with the phone number 08071191132. D caller told me that The return envelope I sent will not be used that I will have to pay their own charge of 11,300 per passport and they will have to be the one to initiate the process of return

@vfsglobalcare When I received a message that the processed passports are being return to the Vfs I went to The United Percel Service office to send an instruction with a return envelope to Vfs requesting them to send my processed passport using the return envilope attached to the letter.

I sent my family passport to vfs for onward transmission to IRCC after payment of the required fees to vfs.

@vfsglobalcare when all passport were sent together in one EnveThis act is not acceptable and Vfs should be made to honour applicant return envelope sent to them through the courier service. If not for COVID-19, applicants should have been physically present at their office for collection.

@vfsglobalcare Applicants ought to have been educated or informed of the Return Envelope to be sent along with the passport for the return of the processed passport from IRCC. Instead they are asking applicant https://t.co/LSERiW4TSo over 11,000 naira per Passport return.
