@jhb_water It's sad that so many people go without water daily. Yet there is a burst pipe reported at 18-20 Ivy Road, Norwood. Hundreds of litres of water being wasted since yesterday and no one coming out to repair the problem. There is clearly no urgency to fix the problem.
