At around 1am in the Newland Avenue area of Hull, a life saving defibrillator was stolen from the back of an ambulance whilst the crew dealt with a emergency call.

Brilliant first physio session at flex health today! I now have a bend over 100 degrees and full extension 😀 2 sessions a week for the next 3 weeks and hopefully I will make lots of progress 💪🏻 #ACL #Rehab #phsyio #recovery

My bandages are off 😊 So happy with my progress already 48 hours post surgery! Can fully weight bare, walk short distances without crutches and have about a 60 degree bend! #recovery #ACL #rehab #progress
