Today is my last shift as a NHS111 Team Leader for a while, I am off on secondment to a new role out of #NHS111 I’ve been spoilt by my work friends and I will miss them all but I am looking forward to furthering my knowledge of other parts of YAS #leaving #TeamYAS #newyearnewjob

What a great start to 2019! #CPR will be taught to all schoolchildren from 2020! We have supported the #RestartaHeart campaign for many years and this fantastic development will undoubtedly make a huge difference to cardiac arrest survival rates

▶️Staff take an average of 3,800 calls on a weekday & 6,500 on Saturdays and Sundays
▶️For 2017-18, more than 1.6m calls were made to the helpline (rise of nearly 5% YoY)
▶️Its two call centres cover a population of 5.3m people
