@MobiKwikSWAT @MobiKwik It’s been more than two months but I have received NO help whatsoever from the Mobikwik support team. I have very well understood that this app is only for defrauding the users. I have still not received my refund. Literally having the WORST experience ever!!!

@MobiKwikSWAT Even I had made a payment of 996 rupees to PharmEasy via the @MobiKwik app but the transaction failed. The mobikwik wallet shows that I have received a refund on 1st December but the same has still not been credited to my bank account.

I’ve been facing an issue for quite some time and I think it’s high time now that I should post about this publicly and bring this to the attention of @MobiKwikSWAT and @MobiKwik team. I made a payment of around 1000 rupees via the Mobikwik app which failed.

I have also tried to call on the @MobiKwik customer care number but no one picked up my call. I kept waiting for more than 10-15 minutes but received no response. It would be really helpful of @MobiKwikSWAT team could reach out to me and sort out this issue at the earliest.

Thankfully I took a screenshot while making the payment. I am literally having the worst experience using @MobiKwik. I highly urge everyone to beware and stop using this app.

What the hell is happening to this @MobiKwik app!! I have been facing so many issues lately. I already haven’t received a refund of around 1000 since more than two months. They haven’t resolved the issue. And now they have again defrauded me when I paid my electricity bill.

@MobiKwikSWAT Your service has literally been the WORST EVER. I made a payment towards my electricity bill, the amount got deducted from my bank account but the bill hasn’t been paid and the transaction is not even visible in the payment history section of the app.

Please understand that when majority of the students are trying to reach you with the hope that their grievances will be heard it should no more sound like an 'excuse' to you. Kindly start caring about your students and CANCEL THE EXAMINATIONS.
