Earlier this week my District Director Folake met with @FeedingNys to discuss the Healthy School Meals for All Act.

With the enactment of this statewide policy, schools would gain access to free breakfast and lunch! Access to meals at schools would save families monthly food costs, improve test scores, and get kids focused and ready to LEARN!! It is necessary and so important to have this program funded in the NYS budget, and I’m fired up to make sure we get it there. I’m so proud to support @votejgr legislation that has paved the way for this idea for years!
