"Its a certainty that there will be no lack of baseball in Kingston this summer with ladies and men's softball leagues in action, the Mercantile, Midget, Juvenile, Junior City League and C.O.B.L games being played."

The City league expands and "expresses its appreciation of the co-operation evidenced by members of City Council in agreeing to put the Cricket Field diamond in good shape for the season's games."

Congratulations to Kingston Baseball Association's Steve Vallier on being elected to the Kingston & District Sports Hall of Fame as a builder in baseball.
Steve has been described as the ❤️of Kingston Baseball and is known to many as Mr. Baseball.

The Kingston Colts -- Team Canada -- played their first game at the Junior Little League World Series in Michigan on Monday, August 4, losing 13-0 to Asia-Pacific.
