@drdishbball No travel. She catches the ball while airborne. She lands on both feet so she has not established a pivot foot yet until she steps through with her left foot for the layup. Awesome move! The best thing was she caught the ball while airborne to relocate.
U become such a better coach when u r able to realize the difference between ur goals and ur purpose. It is fine to try and obtain ur goals, but ur purpose should b to impact lives and prepare ur players for the real game. The real game is the toughest - LIFE!
