Great pleasure to represent @Inari_Ag at @KeystoneSymp (PGE) and to share how we are seeding nature-positive change though genome editing with Inari's SEEDesign platform. Lots of insightful discussions on editing technologies and their regulatory status & pathways going forward.
This week, our R&D Director Yi Jin (@YJ910), connected with Inari Scientific Strategy Board members, Jennifer Doudna and Rodolphe Barrangou (@CRISPRchef) at the @KeystoneSymp, where Yi discussed how our gene editing toolbox can help build a more #sustainable food system.
@TriggerLoop I remembered Kevin pitched this cool idea to me many years ago. I wasn’t brave enough 😅and pivoted to an artificial chromosome approach with foreign DNA to focus on nucleosome positioning and ground state of promoters studies. Nice to see it coming out finally.
@boas_pucker@AW_NGS I think most of luck might really hinges on a lot of details in the operation part once you have a good protocol. I would argue it is similar to a lot of other molecular biology techniques... you don’t feel lucky anymore once you “master” it😄
@Inari_Ag is looking for a Genomic Data Analyst to join Bioinformatics Team on the Platform to work with @YJ910 and myself to support Inari’s genome editing and cross functional team. Please RTs. @HBERGES_USA @AgGenomicsGuy @FredVanEx #CRISPR#GENOMICS https://t.co/ATJhSMGVuQ
Check out this genomics/bioinformatics internship opportunity at @Inari_Ag to work on structural variation with myself and interact with many others! The position is to build a catalog of structural variation to better support genome editing. Please RTs. https://t.co/oMJ1eCsqND
