Thinking about starting a new product on shopify and documenting the whole process here... who would be up that?
Say £1000 starting budget and we grow it £100K in profits?
None of these items cost you anything.
But you've just added $6-8 of free money to your bottom line.
You're welcome.

1. Simply charge for shipping or increase your shipping price by $1-2
Too many people do free shipping when the customer is already getting the best discount
Payment for shipping won't stop them from getting the best deal of the year
3. First in line shipping/fulfilment.
The customer knows it's Black Friday so typically shipping might be a bit delayed.
At least 25% will pay $2-3 to get their order shipped out first.
Just have your customer service mark those orders as priority.
I've done over $40m in sales & exited 2 brands.
Here's what most brands get wrong for Black Friday.
It's not the time to sell your products for the cheapest price possible.
It's the time to make as much profit as possible.
Trybe is started to seem like a worse TikTok shop …. /:
How are brands like Carpe (which I loved 💔) getting creators to create ads FOR FREE, giving 15% commission of revenue creator’s 100% GENERATED — and now they don’t even have “the revenue” to even send them the product?? 😭🤯
They actually suggest to go to TikTok shop to get reimbursement… I’m in shock.
Content creation will grow, but it will not be in this way.
Commercials ads costs thousands, you’re getting free ads, compensate your people properly. 👎🏻🚫
& creators — don’t settle for this, there’s fair compensation out there! You deserve it!! #ugc #ugccontent #tyrbe #carpe #contentcreation #UGC #creators #ugcnet
@byJessKay lol 100% generated?? Do you have any idea how much it cost the brand to make the product exists for you to be even have the opportunity to make a video about it?
Black Friday season is here
At this rate I’ve likely done over $5m+ for my brands and clients just over the 2 week Black Friday window
There are definitely several dos and don’ts and this is not the time to experiment
You miss the window, you have to wait another 12 months
@sufianszn Audience wise, it’s a fair balance between LAL and insterest for us. We also started doing mini whitelisting without knowing the name of it. We partner with influencers and media pages to share their audience with us on the backend - never thought to push ads on frontend too
@sufianszn Im hearing that whitelisting is working well so looking to implement, current strategy has good metrics but not hockey stick enough for my liking 😅
@sufianszn Haha can’t even remain anonymous anymore 😂😂
We actually moved to 80% lead gen post iSO14. Worked a treat but scaling become somewhat limited. We basically screamed “sold out” > lead gen to join VIP list for first access > Drop > FOMO to push 1 month worth of sales in 3 days

The game plan...
1. I save up from your 9-5
2. Launch an e-comm brand and master ads with the saved up cash
3. Reinvest all profits to grow revenue
4. Use the profits to invest in long term passive income (properties & stocks)
Don't let their opinions stop you!
