Minister of Defence, @AhmedMoFiqi, provided an update confirming that Nuur Abdi Rooble (Nuunuule), a senior Al-Shabaab terrorist commander responsible for orchestrating attacks in Hiiraan, Middle Shabelle, Mudug, and Galgaduud, has succumbed to wounds sustained in yesterday’s targeted operation. Since joining in 2009, Nuur was among the most ruthless terrorists, involved in numerous attacks against civilians across Somalia. His death deals a significant blow to terror networks threatening our country.

Thankfully, our quick witted air traffic controllers have issued a NOTAM, directing all airlines to communicate exclusively via SATCOM and to disregard any directives from your illegitimate controllers.
