It started as a concept and thanks to the team @Aon_SouthAfrica for the platform and opportunity.

Bonke - “before a claim is authorized and proceed, are there any investigations that take place?”

Nathi - “There is, to ensure that the process goes smoothly. Claims agents follow up on the claim. Should the customer feel aggrieved, they can take it up with the FSCA”
