4ALT took advantage of the glorious sunshine this afternoon and took their Science lesson outside. They have been learning about pollination and observed the different parts inside a flower before making observational drawings and 'poaching' some of the pollen #science
It’s the last day of term! A morning of Easter activities for Year 4 started with making chocolate nest cakes with Mrs Emmins in the cookery room, and making Easter cards in the classroom with form teachers #easter#chocolate#baking#eggs
Easter baking in cookery. The children did a Bake Off challenge and were given the recipe but no other help. They were tasked with baking and decorating 6 identical Easter cupcakes. We were very proud of the way they worked independently and followed the recipe carefully #cake
The children are loving British Science week. What a great way to spend the first week back at school - innovating the future - exciting times! #BSW21@YMS_Year4
