@YodelOnline strike again! The van literally pulled up outside my house. The driver looked at my door. Then pulled away! I assumed he'd come back. The parcel is very important & urgeant too. WHY the F do companies use these delivery companies?

YODEL once again making stuff up. The contract they have is with the SENDER. It is the sender’s responsibility to refund, replace or deal with any issues caused by the delivery company.
Hey @virginmedia yet again @YodelOnline failed to deliver my package from you yesterday was out for delivery then all of a sudden they wanted more details of address so order held and I give them address same as you did today been out for delivery but not received again not happy
Why are @YodelOnline so inept at delivering parcels? They have our address, phone number, W3W, and directions yet still can’t get my parcel to me. He was 2 miles away and didn’t even bother to try.

What is it with parcel delivery companies? My @YodelOnline delivery driver has not moved from this spot all morning, and even at 11pm last night he was still one stop (and about 1/2 mile) from my house. If he's there I'll go and meet him. Might be quicker...
@YodelOnline your delivery driver left this photo but it doesn’t show them handing the parcel to anyone, it’s just a picture of the door which they snapped then drove off with the parcel! Why does Yodel make it easy for its drivers to get away with theft? This isn’t proof of delivery!
The next door addresses are boarded up, so the driver couldn’t possibly have delivered to my recipient’s neighbours as they don’t exist, and there’s no safe place anywhere in sight.
This is a clear case of theft! I demand to have my parcel back or delivered, @YodelOnlinesupp!

Yodel please be aware 1 of your drivers can’t tell the difference in addresses and postcodes. So finds the postcode & leaves parcel on doorstep of a currently closed pub on a main road and considers this delivered & a safe place as it’s the same postcode. @YodeOnline@YODELhell
@YodelOnline@YODELhell absolutely disgusted. Easter parcel delivered to wrong address can see photo and yodel confirmed incorrect satnav destination when delivered. Need letter from depot for eBay refund. Chased multiple times and everytime told 14days, I wait and nothing.
Do @YodelOnline send an email to say they've delivered, when they haven't??? @YODELhell My daughter is awaiting a very rare figure, she's searched all over for it! Finally found it, guess who is delivering? Yodel! Now got an email to say its been delivered. It hasn't!

@YODELhell literally the shittest courier service - customer support lie openly and with no sense of ownership and take no responsibility - how are brands like brewdog still using these cowboys ? I’ve two brewdog parcels out and they are lost in yodels system - they don’t care
