@pib_india @IndiaPostOffice @pib_comm i speed post my app Form parcel on 15may, it reched chomu po(in jpr) on 16may. it took 4 days to deliver my app form to krishivigyankendra which only 4kms away. Last date was 21 may. Your 4 days costs a lot. Who is responsible such failure?
