New details have emerged linking Police Corporal Elijah Kibelion Kimoi, the officer allegedly accused of shooting dead Dr. Victoria Mutiso, to another murder case. Kimoi, who is attached to Karinde Police Post under Kikuyu Police Station, reportedly spent six years in prison after he, together with six other police officers, were tried over the murder of Stephen Gichuhi Njoroge.
