SENTENCED: 20 - 40 years in State Prison
Marisel Toro, 23, of York City, was sentenced on Friday morning to 20-40 years in state prison plus 3 years probation. Toro had previously entered a guilty plea to (F1) Criminal Conspiracy to Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse in June.
