CHILD FIRST CUSTODY TRAINING & RESEARCH PILOT (CHiRP) is well under way, it’s great to see so many lawyers here listing to this expert-led training on how to best represent children in the police station.
This training will be part of ChiRP (Child first training & Research Pilot) which will include training for custody sergeants and the piloting of an alternative pathway for children arriving at Wood Green and Brixton Police Stations
The training will be delivered by leading youth justice lawyers from @Justforkidslaw, @YJLCUK & us @YPATweet in collaboration with child psychotherapists.
